Shipping policy

Delivery Policy:
We deliver between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM, with occasional delays until 8:00 PM due to unforeseen circumstances. Early morning deliveries can be arranged with advance notice. Please place your order a week in advance and email us at hello@tessiebelleflorals.com for any special requests.

When you enter your address while ordering, the system will automatically calculate the distance to determine the delivery cost.

The calculation is based on 23 Denham Road,Scarborough where our studio is located, and the distance is applied according to the diameter.

Free - Less than 5km
$12 - 5km to 10km
$15 - 10km to 15km
$20 - 15km to 20km

*We do not deliver same day.
Flowers are by-order only; a week before your desired item/s.

*We deliver to Scarborough & Toronto region only 
Scarborough with postal code starting M1P is free.

In-Studio Pickup:
We offer an in-studio pickup option for those who wish to pick up orders that are placed online and orders placed through phone.

In-store pickup time from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM Monday - Friday & Saturday 11:00 - 5:00 PM which is during our business Hours.
We are closed Sundays.
